Return Policy on Databar Software

You may return dataBar or other software created by Accelo Tech Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 30 days will be counted from the date of invoice. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If it is a virtual or downloadable product, you do not have to return anything, but you cannot use the serial number or the product. Your usage of the product during this 30 day period will not be legitimate.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receiving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will not refund any money for the services we do for you, such as barcode graphic design, coupon design, or barcode verification. If there is any error or misunderstanding in our services, we will work with you to resolve it.

You may return all brand new scanners within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 30 days will be counted from the date of invoice. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Therefore, keep all the original package intact. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If it is a refurbished product, you cannot return the product unless the product has an error to begin with. We check all the refurbished products before shipping.

Factory warranty on scanners/hardware

If your product is more than 30 days old, and is still under factory warranty, you need to contact manufacturer directly. We cannot refund/ or exchange anything after 30 days of purchase. We will gladly help you to further solve the issues that you may have.
